One guided aftercare service we offer is a grief support email program. You’ll receive short, supportive messages and daily affirmations, spaced over time and designed to meet you wherever you are in the grieving process. The messages may also provide practical guidance for the early months after a loss, as well as reflections on moving forward at your pace. There’s nothing to manage or keep track of, and you can step away from it at any time.
Starting is simple. Click the button below, enter your email address, and you’ll be added to the list. No extra steps.
Grief doesn’t have a timeline or a deadline. Every person grieves in their own way. People can move back and forth through the stages of grief at different times. Some people find a consistent routine to be most comforting, while others may start a memory book or page for their loved one. Some would rather talk to others who have also encountered loss. Aftercare leaves room for all these approaches. However, if the grief starts to feel too overwhelming to carry alone, our team can point you to in-person grief support groups and counseling nearby. Help is available, and we’re here to help you find the resources you need.
