Steven Allan Blair, 66, Of Orinda, CA passed October 25th, 2019.
He was born in Alexandria, VA on April 5th, 1953.
Steven graduated from University of Michigan and received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a double major in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan and moved to Oakland in 1976.
Steven Blair worked at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a civil engineer and retired in 2014.
He was a member of the Wilcox Band, and had a passion for Hammond Organs, and Playing Softball.
He was married to Diana Ramirez Blair on September 22nd, 2012.
He was survived by Grandchildren, Ysabella Johnson Emily Johnson, Emilia Johnson, Brothers and Sisters Martin Blair, Bonnie Sirk, Thomas Blair and Gary Blair.
Final arrangements will be held at 1pm December 7th, 2019 at 1pm at Chapel of the Chimes, Oakland California
