Though only neighbors in the sweetly simple way, it is that sweetly simple way that sometimes has the most profound affect on another's life. So many times my husband or I would come home to a holiday card hand delivered by Gina on the gate, or in the mailbox. Or a bag of goodies this past Christmas! If you crossed her line of sight you were getting a sincere and present wave hello
and a "How are you doing?" These seemingly simple acts of kindness meant so much to our happiness, and sparked a tiny flame of hope for humanity within our hearts. And her smile. Gina's smile shone bright and through you. I'm sure everyone who had the privilege of seeing it knows the feeling. She smiled with her whole heart and, as if her eyes couldn't contain the light, it ended up radiating outward. We thank you, Gina, from the depths of us, for sharing your light. We feel honored to have been given the opportunity to bask in your energy, even if just for a time. To Robert, and all of her family and friends, we are hoping nothing but comfort and peace for you all. Gina, we have not one doubt that you are enveloped in peace and love. We will try our best to follow your lead here on earth. Until we meet again.
