Mary T. Musolino's Obituary
Mary T. Musolino was born September 9, 1923 in Brooklyn, New York to Anna and Anthony Melora. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank (Uncle Chee-Chee). Mary departed this life on May 1, 2017 in Walnut Creek, California. Her lovely photo was taken in 2009.
Mary held various clerical positions during her life’s journey. She was employed at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for many years in New York City until her retirement. At the age of 83, she bravely moved to California in 2006, after the death of her sister, Louise Melora. For approximately 10 years, Mary lived at the Carlton Plaza in San Leandro, California. Mary passed away peacefully in a Board and Care in Walnut Creek, California.
She is survived by nieces, Suzette (John) Masini and Pat Frasca. Preceded in death by her niece, Karen Melora. Beloved nephew, Paul (Jo Ann) Frasca. Loving grandnieces and nephews, Jennifer Masini, Christina Frasca, Noah Frasca, Michael Frasca, and Paul Frasca. Beloved brother, Anthony Melora. Preceded in death by her sisters, Louise Melora and Claire Melora. She will be missed by a host of other loved ones.
Mary was a member of The Knights of Columbus. She enjoyed word search puzzles, reading the Sunday Newspaper Ads, also her People Magazine. She was a devoted Catholic, who enjoyed socializing, and especially loved to eat Italian food. Mary loved tending to plants and dabbling in arts and crafts.
The family would like to thank all of her caregivers who took wonderful care of Mary and who were very patient and kind with her.
