We are mourning with you at the loss of your Noni. I always thought it was cute that you called her that.Maria was one of the dear relatives, along with Pietro & Elsa, and Pio & Norma, that my parents kept in mind as they immigrated from Argentina to the US. They would not have left Argentina if they didnâ??t have family in the US. Maria was always so hospitable and you could tell that family meant the world to her. I recall many Saturday visits to their house on Seminary Ave. in Oakland that would include a delicious meal as well as card playing, maybe singing, late into the evening. There were definitely plenty of laughs when they got together.Of course, this was only during the colder months, because when the weather turned nice, weâ??d meet at the Mancarti Ranch in Los Gatos for bocce, a wonderful BBQ and catching up since the last time we saw each other. What wonderful memories!Iâ??ll always keep Maria, Joe, Franco and Tina in my heart. We wish you all the best,Lily
