Marsha Kay Griego was born on December 28, 1966 in Indianapolis Indiana to James and Edna Mae Taylor.
Marsha was a loving wife, a mother of 4, and grandmother of 10. She had a passion for hair and graduated from cosmetology school in 1985. She became a professional cosmetologist and she decided to take her passion to the next step and share her gift with others. Marsha started her teaching career at Alameda beauty college where she blossomed in to one of the most admired teachers. She was so loved by all of her students and it made her job easier, her students called her “Mama Ms. Marsha. Marsha was involved in numerous of charity organization’s where she would offer her professional services, which led to her following her dream and opening up her very own hair salon “Ms. Marsha’s Beauty Salon”, where she specialized in non-surgical hair replacement. Marsha loved her family, and she treated her students like they were her own. She had the biggest heart; she motivated a lot of others to follow their passion no matter what you wanted to do in life. She was that one person that you could call and she’s going to try her hardest to solve whatever issue at hand. Words can never describe how phenomenal Marsha Kay Griego was. She will truly be missed, and she imprinted her love in all of us.
Marsha was proceeded in death by her: Mother Edna Mae Taylor, Father in-law Tim Griego, Sister in-law Catherine Griego, and Grandfather James Taylor.
Loved ones left to cherish her memory: Loving husband Timothy Griego Sr., Brother David Chapman, Sister’s Marie Ladd and Lisa Pacheco, Liza Castanada her children, Icesys Griego, Timothy Griego Jr, Nikko Griego, Jeannine Griego, Her grandchildren Marshawn Sandefur, Milliana Persons, Harley Evans, Nalani Griego, Angelo Griego, Timothy Griego III, Jaymes Evans Jr., Brooklyn Evans, Isaiah Griego, Ayse Goolsby, and a host of nieces, nephews, god children, friends, and extended family.
