Kathy passed away at Kaiser Hospital Hayward on September 11, 2012.  Born Kathleen Nakasone in Paia, Maui, Hawaii, she graduated from the University of Hawaii.  She was a teacher for 40 years, teaching in Hawaii, Los Angeles and O
