Judy was great to talk with and a great listener. She was courageous and took on change at a time when I know it was not easy. Her creative and loving spirit lives on in her daughters who I am blessed to have as friends.
She always had a smile on her face. She was kind to everyone. My grandfather marve always loved talking with her as well and had her for dinner I know a handful of times. Plus I think they were in a hiking group together. She will be missed.
One thing I will always remember about my Aunt Judy is how close of a friend she was with my mom, Mary. When they were little, Judy had her own language and my mom apparently understood it, so it was their language. I think that kind of understanding of another person is why they were both teachers at heart and really terrific moms.
