I am Gloria J. Martin the 77 year old daughter of Everett R. Shockley Jr. He married my mother Aline Murrell Richmond on December 1, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee when I was only 3 years old.In December 1998 they both moved to Gainesville, Florida to be closer to me, my husband Sherman Martin, their three grandchildren Sherman Martin Jr, Rita Martin Douglas, Steven Martin and their 5 great grandchildren.We all shared many happy times together and he will always be missed.
