I'm 7yrs. late with my post. I was coming out of the military in the late 80's he was the first person to take a chance to rent his condo to me and my wife. What a nice man he was he gave me my start. I have always thought about him and was blessed to have a real black successful man to look up to. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
