Aida and my mother Edna became best friends in Junior High School at Hamilton. Many years passed and they lost contact. Sometime in 2013 they found each other on Facebook and reunited. Aida came to our family gatherings, we always enjoyed her company. She got to spend the last three years with my mom before my mom's passing. After my mom's passing, we invited Aida to our parties she was family to us. She kept contact with us and always texted us to see how we were doing. She always had a beautiful smile on her face, a soft gentle voice, it was nice to talk to her. Aida was a sweet person, had a kind heart, we will miss her dearly. May she rest in paradise. Our deepest condolences to the family may God comfort you all.
My Mom and I loved watching our favorite TV shows together, from CBS Mornings to our evening shows like SWAT, 911 Lone Star, Chicago PD, Chicago Med and Chicago Fire. We loved it! We also enjoyed going shopping together and going out to eat. One of our favorite lunch spots was going to Panera, my Mom loved her tuna salad sandwhich and tomato bisque soup. I love you Mom.
