Yolanda A. ArriagaNovember 25, 1944 – August 17, 2010After a long battle with a lung illness Yolanda entered into rest Tuesday morning at North Bay Medical Center in Fairfield with her family by her side. She was proceeded in death by her father William Toy and is survived by her husband Francisco Arriaga, her three children Michael Haas, Michele Manalo and Maureen Willhoite, her grandson Joseph Guevara, great grandson Jody Max, her mother Amy Toy, her three sisters Christine Wilson, Juanita Shimada, and Dyana Da Costa, as well as many other loved family members and friends. Yolanda was a long time resident of Suisun City and of the Bay Area. She will be dearly missed as she was an extraordinary woman to us all.
