Bill was an amazing man, in the courtroom he was loved by all. He was very well respected for the justice he spread. "Where there is a will there is a way." That, quote should be "where there is Bill there is a way" He gave me hope when I had none, he showed me how to right my wrongs, he help me change my life around. I will miss him dearly. When my father passed away he was there for me. He help me believe in myself. A remarkable man he was and always will be. I will miss him deeply. I loved him like my own father.
