We sadly regret to inform you of the passing of Ms. Veola Shields. Born in Louisiana, Ms. Shields blessed the world with her presence on September 13, 1931 to the proud parents of Samuel Downs and Ora Butler. Veola entered into eternal rest on September 03, 2016 in California.
