Uncle Tommy is a quiet giant of a man that I've respected and admired as a child and into my adulthood. He loved his family and was always helpful to my parents when they was alive. Uncle Tommy is with wisdom and logic and is a good listener. I truly admired his patience when others were talking and I could see his mind deciphering and separating the truth from fiction as others were bragging. I recall Uncle Tommy as a Sous Chef at Spenger's Restaurant, where they made the best Lobster Thermador ever. I would always ask if he was working and he would come out of the kitchen to say HI for a moment. That was special for me to see him at work and I was proud to tell my friends, "thats my Uncle!" I truly miss visiting him and his family due to military assignments but I always held him and his family close to my heart! I/we will miss him but he lives on with cherished memories! Rest at peace Uncle; we love you so much!
