She is my daughter that I moved to Berkeley to be near and have a closer relationship than me flying to Oakland and picking her up back to Oklahoma every summer and Christmas. I don’t know why she would not talk to me when I got here three years ago. My friends told me give her time. But it ran out. I love her I lived for her. She was the most beautiful thing in earth!
No excuse will ever suffice for the horrible division her mother placed between her and I serene needed her father and I was always willing. From her birth I held her when she came out of Christy she was a daddy’s girl from the start she loved me and she was my life. With her happy exterior my daughter was in deep pain emotionally, she is able to release that now. My love my life my daughter you are free from those that hate now. Fly free and be happy forever.

I remember playing Carmen San Diego with Serene when we were 6, at her mom’s house in north Berkeley. I remember walking to soccer practice with her down the street from my house. We carpooled together to our weird little woodsy school in Canyon, and then braved the new adult world of king middle school together. I loved her, she was the best kind of friend you could have.
