It’s been two and a half years now and the pain that I feel is still raw. You are missed so much, by so many. You will always be remembered by how compassionate you were, not only with me but in everything you did. I will always carry you with me in my heart and memories. You meant the world to me. I read an article today about the current state of movie theaters and my thoughts naturally flashed back 28 years to the Piedmont Theater and our old crew. After a quick online search, I came across this memorial. Seeing your face makes it seem like yesterday Scott. I can still see your warm smile and hear your laugh so clearly. Rest easy my friend. So sorry for the loss to his family…. I did not know Scott well, but worked side by side with him on a variety of ILM/sky walker projects. We both were projection engineers, and he was very helpful to me, and I tried to provide the same as we worked at digital projection. A very calm and centered man, with great intellect, and I am glad to have known him. The news of his passing affected me more than I thought, and I needed to share my thoughts about him. I wish peace for his soul, and for all of his friends and family who are suffering now without him…Rest in peace Scott Brewer…

I will always be grateful for his generosity with his knowledge. I really admired the guy and and will never forget the many times he helped me. There really was never a time when he didn’t want to share what he knew about a particular subject. And at then end, I always learned a thing or two. Rest in peace Scott.
