To The Family Of Ruthelle: I know are eyes are full with tears . . .But our hearts will always be full of Ruthelle's sweet memories . . .I will always remember cousin Ruthelle smiling eyes and contagious laugh; her genuine compassion for others; her complete unselfish ability to embrace everyone with her love when one of us needed encouragement; along with her ability to always understand; which made me such a part of her life.Ruthelle had a wonderful sense of family unity. I enjoyed listening to our Ancestors Life stories at Reunions. Ruthelle traced our family roots around the globe from Africa to America; hoping one day to write a book. Yet, she stayed strong; always attending "Family Events"; even as her own health began to decline. When Betty & I visited her at Kaiser Hospital; we both commented on how she still maintained her mental clarity, her sense of humor and her uncomplaining acceptance of life.I will never forget you Ruthelle . . . and again "Thank You" for welcoming me into your loving home; (when I needed a room) as I began my first job with the "State of California" in the Bay Area. The fun, laughter, good food and drinks (smile) we shared; will forever have your footprint on it. Tearfully & Continued Prayer,Olga Jessie Phillips-Brown
