Renita Deberina Cummings' Obituary
Renita Deberina Cummings, 65, of Oakland passed away on December 31, 2022. She was born in Oakland, California on July 23, 1957. Renita graduated from Emeryville High School in 1975 and then went to college and received an Associates Degree in Psychology from Merritt College. Renita worked as a Patient Care Supervisor at Alta Bates Hospital for 30 years and then retired in 2007. Renita also volunteered as counselor to students at Emeryville Middle and High Schools. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Oakland, CA. Renita had a passion for helping other people. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberley Jemary Ervin.
