Ralph F. Shaffer passed away on 1/17/13. He was born and raised in Oakland, CA. Ralph is survived by his wife Angelina, his son John and daughters Susanne, Jeanne, Helen and his 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Ralph’s joy and passion was being with his family and he will truly be missed. Services will be held at the Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland at 10am on Thursday, 1/24/13.
