Phan Phuong Truc's Obituary
Phan, Truc, 80, of Oakland, passed away on 08/22/2025. He was born in Ben Tre, Vietnam on 08/21/1945. Truc Phan received his master of arts from HCMC University of Fine Arts where he worked as an art professor for more than 20 years. He was survived by his children Mai Bui, Phuoc Phan, Ngan Phan and his grandchildren, Luca Brehaut, Mila Brehaut, Quy Phan, An Phan, Archimede Phan Espic. Funeral arrangements will be held at 10am, 09/09/2025 at Chapel of the Chimes.
