Phan Luong and To Tran's Obituary
Phan Luong and To Tran passed just days apart from one another the first week of November, 2019. They spent a long life of 89, and 84 together. Raising children Steve Luong, and Camha Luong. They’ve resided in Alameda County together for 30 years. Phan worked in Restaurants, while To kept and maintained a warm home for their family.
Phan and To we one another’s great loves. It was upon To’s health decline that Phan followed with a broken heart. Their children knew that Phan loved his sweet To so very much.
Services for Phan Luong and To Tran will be held together. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 17th, 2019 at 4 pm to 8 pm in Chimes Chapel. Funeral will be held the following day Monday, November 18th, 2019 at 9am in Chimes Chapel. Interment to follow funeral services on Monday, November 18th at Rolling Hills Cemetery, 4100 Hilltop Road, Richmond, CA 94803
