Lynn Harrison
On December 10, while talking with a friend, I learned that Paul had made his transition. I was deeply saddened as I realized immediately that one beautiful person had left this earthly realm. I worked with him in several collaborative court programs over the years, and felt blessed to have a judge with both enthusiasm for our efforts and compassion for our participants. I’ll never forget while attending a State conference for Dependency Drug Court programs, Paul, in thinking about our goal to keep families together, suggested we rename the program Family Preservation Court. On a more personal reflection, I will always appreciate no matter how busy he was he took time to chat a bit whenever we saw each other. Mostly, I will always cherish the memory of those big hugs! To his family, I offer condolences and prayers. With love and gratitude, Lynn Harrison
