Mr. Paul Michael Carlisle was born May 28, 1945 and passed on December 1, 2015 in Oakland, California. He is survived by his wife Jan Carlisle. His children: Anthony Paul Carlisle, Angela K. Carlisle – Brown, and Andrei Joseph Carlisle. His mother Katherine Carlisle. Six grandchildren. Nephew James Snyder. Niece Marie Snyder Jensen and the Oakland Police Department.
