Patricia Ann Papillon passed away in Oakland, CA on December 7, 2001. She was the beloved daughter of Mrs. Sarah Brown and was preceded in death by her loving father Sidney Brown. She was the beloved wife of Isaac Papillon and the loving mother of Sidney Ragland of Oakland, Donald Ragland of Los Angeles, Doris Papillon-Thomas of Oakland, Deborah Wilkes of Chino, Isaac Papillon, Jr. of Richmond and Verlyn Papillon of San Lorenzo. She was the dear sister of Elliot Brown and dearest grandmother of Sidney Ragland, Jr. A host of other beloved grandsons and daughters also survive her.A native of Oakland, CA, she was 61 years of age.Friends are invited to call at the Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Avenue, Oakland, on Wednesday, December 12, 2001 from 5:00 to 9:00pm and attend Funeral Services on Thursday, December 13, 2001 at 10:00am.
