Patricia Ann Burgie's Obituary
Patricia Ann Burgie, 78, passed away on February 8, 2025, in Oaklnd California. Born on April 15, 1946, in Oakland, she remained a lifelong resident of the city she held dear.
Patricia was the devoted mother of Alisha Hines and Priscilla Johnson. She took great pride in her family and watching it grow. Her grandchildren- Cartier Hunter, Allante Hunter, Deja Gordon and Veli Dior and granddaughter in-law Teresa Hunter, all held a special place in her heart, as did her great-grandchildren: Cartier jr. ,Alayah and Masai Hunter
She shared a close bond with her siblings Otis Burgie, Willie Burgie, Mary Thomas, and Johnny Burgie. Sister in-laws, Emma Burgie and Betty Burgie. Cousins Ken Hurricane Winn Sr. & Ann Winn. With many nephews and nieces who loved her. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Reaver Bradley and Earvin Burgie, as well as her siblings Earvin, Cleavland, and Garland Burgie. Best Friends Datha Nobles, Linda Jackson and Barbra Bowens.
Patricia treasured time spent with famiy and friends. Her presence brought warmth to every gathering and comfort to those around her. Whether in celebration or quiet companionship, she valued connection above all else.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May it bring peace and solace to those who mourn her passing.
