Ora "Jackie" Harris' Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and profound love that we announce the passing of our beloved Jackie, who departed this life on December 10th. She was the cornerstone of our family, a guiding light whose wisdom, kindness and unshakable strength shaped generations.
Jackie lived a life rich in love, grace and steadfast dedication to family and community. She taight us the value of patience, kindness and unwavering faith, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be etched in our hearts.
She is survived by her five children, (seven of nine) grandchildren, (ten of eleven) great grandchildren, all of whom will carry forward the lessons and love shared so selflessly.
While our hearts are heavy, we take solace in the many cherished memories and celebrate a life well-lived.
In this time of mourning, we invite you to join us in remembering and celebrating a soul whose light will never fade.
Services to honor and celebrate Jackie's remarkable journey will be held on Saturday 28th Dec 2024 from 11:00am - 1:00pm at Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland, California.
