One Vayakone, 68, of Berkeley, CA, passed away on October 2, 2019.
She was born in Laos on October 5, 1950. One graduated from a high school in Laos. She was married to Sy Vayakone in October of 1971.
One was a homemaker and was a member of the Bay Area Lao Association, and the Bay Area Women’s Association.
She is survived by Sounthavone Vayakone, Phetsamone Nhonthachit, Sue Reynolds, Somphone Vayakone, Melissa Nhonthachit, Manila Nhonthachit, Anthony Nhonthachit, Meggie Vayakone, Joshua Reynolds, Bouachan Vongphachanh, Bounthaan Vongphachanh, Saythong Vongphachanh, Kongkeo Phommachanh.
Visitation will be held on October 12, 2019 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland. Funeral service will be held on October 13, 2019 from noon to 3:00pm.
