Norma Eleanor LoomisNov. 4, 1934 – Feb. 17, 2011Resident of Moraga Norma Loomis, age 76, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011after a 2 year battle with cancer. Norma was born and raised in San Francisco and had resided in Moraga for over 45 years. Sheenjoyed reading, gardening, playing bridge, and shopping on Fridayafternoons with her daughter. Beloved mother of Steve (Cindy) Loomis of Sparks, NV andSusan (Shawn) Stoops of Concord. Grandmother of Ryan and Justin Stoops,and Jason and Jessica Loomis. Great-Grandmother of Dylan Stoops.She was predeceased by her husband of 39 1/2 years, William Loomis,her parents Karl and Elena Trumure, and her grandson Colin Stoops.Our special thanks to her care giver Janette for her loving care of Norma. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 26, 2011, 2:00 PMat the Chapel of the Chimes (Middle Chapel), 4499 Piedmont Ave.,Oakland, CA.
