Morris Dare, Jr.Resident of DanvilleOn November 29, 2010, Morris passed away from cancer at the San Ramon Regional Hospital. He was 80 years old. He was born on April 30, 1930 in San Francisco, Ca . He was drafted into the US Army and was stationed for 2 years at Camp Roberts, Ca where he served as mess sergeant.Morris is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Josephine, daughter Phyllis Imahara (Cliff), and son Kenneth Dare. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren Jennifer Piche (Mark), Michael Imahara, Jeffrey Imahara and Jaclyn Dare. He has 2 great-grandchildren, Ciera and Cru Piche. Morris is also survived by his 2 sisters, Pearl Quan (Henry) and Jennie Low (Joseph). He will be missed by his many other sister-n-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews.Everyone will miss and remember Morris' annual holiday's preparation, cooking and carving of our beef and turkeys. Viewing will be held on Monday, December 6, 5-8pm and funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 7 at 10:00am at Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, Ca.
