Milouda Kelley's Obituary
Milouda passed peacefully from this life the morning of March 2. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and friends during the last days of her life.
Milouda was born in Morocco April 14, 1954. She traveled throughout Europe before moving to the United State in 1976. She settled in the Bay Area where she lived the remainder of her life.
Milouda was a beautiful, strong, driven woman, who accomplished many of the goals that she set for herself. Milouda worked at well-known establishments throughout the Bay Area before starting her first business venture in 1980, Milouda's Boutique, followed by The Patio in 1985. She always cooked amazing holiday dinners. She started cooking on the main stage with two She started preparing the most flavorful dishes for birthday parties and other functions. That is when her football Sunday Brunch was created. Her love for Cooking and feeding everyone made her decide to open the Crab Feast inside of the M/B mall in 1990. After two years, she opened Arts Krab Shak where she has been the owner for the past two decades. In 2005, she added The Hayward Fishery to her list of many accomplishments.
Milouda was an avid sports fan. Anytime of day that you step in to Art's a sports event would be on the television. One of her favorite teams was the Oakland Raiders. She has been one of their biggest fans since the mid 1970's. She also bowled over six years for many different clubs throughout Oakland, Alameda, and Berkeley.
Milouda leaves to cherish her precious memories, her two children Latifa Kristina Simon and Robert Lee Parish III and her two grandchildren James B Simon III and Jazlyn Simon. She is also survived by her chosen sisters, Lola, Lila and Linda, nieces and nephew, as well as her chosen father, mother and brothers. Her mother, father, and godmother and grandmother preceded her in death.
