Melba Jean Guyton's Obituary
Melba Jean Guyton, 85, of 1308 Blake St in Berkeley, CA, passed away April 16, 2018.
She was born in Oklahoma on May 11, 1932. Jean graduated from Douglas High School and briefly attended Laney College in Oakland. She married Charles Guyton November 20, 1954.
Jean worked in Civil Service for the U.S. Postal Service. She loved spending her time gardening and with her grandchildren. She also had a passion for antiques.
She is survived by her daughters, Yvonne Guyton-Johnson of Berkeley and Heidi Guyton of Sacramento, her grandchildren, Reginald Guyton Johnson of Berkeley and Zion KaOi Le of Sacramento.
Services will be held at 1:00pm, April 25th at Chapel of the Chimes.
