Dear Amy,
Fred and I were so sad to learn of the death of our dear Marjorie. Even though Marjorie was Fred's cousin, I felt as if she was my cousin too. I loved her so very much and eagerly looked forward to her visits to Springfield, MA. She stayed with me and Fred, and we so enjoyed the time we had with her. She was a kind, lovely, talented and caring person. She gave so much of herself to others. She took such good care of your grandmother, whom we fondly called Aunt Margie. Amy, I know how much you will miss your dear mother. You loved her so much and the two of you had such a close and beautiful mother/daughter relationship. I know this is a very sad time for you, but I also know that memories of her will help to sustain you. Please know that we are here for you always.
Much love,
Fred and Rosemary
