MARGARET ALLAN VOORHEES
Born on May 5, 1923 to parents, David Cook Allan and Mary Helen Allan both deceased. Margaret is also preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Earl Milton Voorhees. She was the loving and most respected mother of Pamela Hager (Bill), Gary Voorhees (Karen), and Jim Voorhees (Lucille). In addition, she leaves behind 6 grandchildren (Sean, Jeremy, Justin, Shannon, Cassandra and Brittany), as well as 3 great grandchildren (Chase, Colt, and Emma). Margaret had been an active volunteer for many years of her life including the Cancer Society and John Muir Hospital where smiles, cheerfulness, and positive thoughts were her motto. She was a survivor of cancer and a fighter with other natural battles.
