Malcolm Westbrooks' Obituary
Malcolm Westbrooks, born April 24, 1951, in Oakland, CA, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2025. A Fremont High and Merritt College alum, he excelled in wrestling and football. Malcolm had a 37-year career with the City of Oakland and Port of Oakland, later founding Nor-Cal Property Management Services.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and traveling with his wife, Alice. Active in social and fraternal organizations, he was a dedicated member of Imani Community Church.
He is survived by his wife, Alice; children, Robert and Sheila; grandson, Solomon; sister, Carol; brothers Donald and Lionel; and many loved ones.
Malcolm's memory will be cherished by all.
