In Loving Memory Lottie Mae Scurlock 05-6-25 ' 4-30-06 WE WILL MISS YOU MOM Lottie Scurlock, Age 80, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2006. She was born in Oak Ridge, LA and she was a long time resident in Berkeley, CA. Lottie was married to Louis Scurlock for 37 years before he passed. During these years Lottie studied to become a nurse. After 33 years of nursing, she retired from Herrick Memorial Hospital in Berkeley, CA. Lottie remained faithful to the Church of Christ until her journey of life was completed. Lottie loved gardening, cooking and crocheting.Lottie is survived by her daughter Dolores Woodard; son Ronald Scurlock; stepdaughter, Jean Scurlock; daughter-in-law Gayla Scurlock; sister Mabel Brown; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild. Funeral Service will be held: Tuesday, May 9, 1:00 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Avenue, Oakland, CA 94611.
