I opened my business 25 years ago and with no business experience and no business plan Larry went ahead and made the choice to approve our application as a tenant. Throughout the years Larry has been a fair and straightforward landlord and was always responsive to whatever issues we had. We loved his no-nonsense style. Condolences to his family.
