Kieng Lim's Obituary
Kieng Lim was born on December 11th, 1973 in Cambodia and passed away on June 4th, 2018 due to complications with kidney disease. He was kind, caring, and a ball of energy. Kieng made it a point to remember the names of everyone he met because people were important to him, even if he only met them for a moment. Besides loving the time he spent with his family, he loved to play chess, enjoyed playing volleyball with his friends, and had a deep passion for food-the man loved to eat! His light will be missed but will continue to live on in his sons, Kenson and Mason Lim. The memories of Kieng will live on through his wife, Lina Sopheak Huy; his parents, Pheng Lim and Konng Dan; his younger siblings, Chansothea Lim, Tha Lim, Chandany Lim, Vickie Peng, Brainda Nou, and Victor Lim; his relatives in California, Cambodia, and France; and the many friends he made growing up in Milwaukee, Modesto, and the Bay Area, through his Christian congregation, First Covenant Church, at his workplace of 23 years, FedEx, and all of the other friends he made throughout his life. Kieng Lim had a beautiful and loving spirit and will be missed by all who knew him.
