Well my good friend has pasted on and I will miss him dearly but I will see him again. All wise and All Mighty God, the passing of our Dear Brother Ken Spiller has filled our eyes with tears and our hearts with sorrow.Ã?â??Ã? We are distresses by the mysteries of Your providence.Ã?â??Ã? As Your Children we want so much to say, Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã?â??Not my will, but Thine be DoneÃ?¢ââ??¬Ã? but at times like these we find it very difficult to do.Ã?â??Ã? Lord Forgive us and help us, I pray that by Your Holy Spirit, that we accept Your way as always best.Ã?â??Ã? Lord, apply to our wounded hearts the healing touch of Your precious promises, and let us soon experience its healing power. Let us lean not to our understanding, but toYours.Ã?â??Ã? Lord, teach us not to morn as those who have no hope.Ã?â??Ã? Wipe away the tears from our eyes that we may be able to see through the mist, beyond death and the grave, to the resurrection and the life assured by the glorious Victory of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ over death and the grave.Ã?â??Ã? Lord, help us to see that Brother Ken has now gone on from Labor to Reward in Your Kingdom.Ã?â??Ã? May the passing of our Dear Brother Ken remind us that we too are but pilgrims and strangers in this land.Ã?â??Ã? Grant us the grace to love less the things that are material and temporal, and to love more and more the things that are spiritual and eternal.Ã?â??Ã? Lord, teach us to number our days and apply to our hearts the wisdom taught by Jesus Christ, that HE is the way the truth and the Life, and that no one comes to You but by Him.Ã?â??Ã? Lord, remind us that in Your mysterious providence: That All Things Work Together for Good to Them that Love You.Ã?â??Ã? Lord, bless his wife Nicol and this Family with Your Special Anointing Power of Comfort and Peace and may we continue to show loving expressions of compassion always to this Family.Ã?â??Ã? In the Mighty Name of Jesus, I pray this Prayer.Ã?â??Ã? Amen.Ã?â??Ã? Ã?â??Ã? From: Ronald Abernathy
