Kenneth Ray Eichelberger's Obituary
Kenneth was born on Feb. 5, 1968 in Oakland, Ca. to Rhoda Steen and Raymond Eichelberger. He left us to be with the Lord, on Dec. 4, 2015, at Oakland Kaiser Hospital. He was 47 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Rhoda of the home, His sister Susan (Bill) Homan of Pinole, Ca., Brother Phil (Jana) Treat, of Elkton, Oregon,
Sisters Shawna (David) Klingenberg, and Crystal Wilson of Stockton, Ca.
Aunts: Alta Hensley of Pleasant Hill, Ca., and Modean Steen of Western Grove, Arkansas.
Nephews: Gary Alan, (Angie) Darik, Phil Jr.(Trish),Steven, Cody, and Levi.
Nieces: Michelle, Jody, (Chuck), Great Nephews : Gary James, and Nathaniel.
Great Nieces : Danielle, Ashley, and Cameron, and many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Raymond Eichelberger, in 2009, and his sister Rhonda Rose in 2007. Grandparents, Tasso and Vina Steen,
Charles and Gladys Eichelberger, and Great Grandmother Abigail Nesbitt.
Kenny was retired from Sharps Army and Marine Depot in Lathrop, Ca, where he worked as a warehouseman and forklift driver for 24 years.
He lived in Tracy, Ca., but recently had moved back to Emeryville, Ca. to help care for his Mom. There they both enjoyed going for walks, and watching the
Oakland A’s baseball team. Kenny was a # 1 A’s fan.
Kenny was a kind and gentle soul, who had a love for life, and his family, and friends. His passing will leave an empty place in our hearts forever.
