I am shocked and saddened to hear of Kathy’s passing. Nancy, Skylar, beloved family and friends I send you my deepest condolences. I was privileged to share three special years with Kathy many decades ago. She has always held a precious place in my heart. I am grateful for the beautiful obituary sharing about Kathy’s life and passions. Among many gifts, Kathy shared with me her love of nature. I think of her often when I’m walking in the woods, saying to myself, “Kathy would know what that bird song is.” I remember her spending days collecting buckets of maple sap and boiling it down for hours to make one tiny vial of maple syrup. It never tasted better. Kathryn Ann Black, Precious Spirit, you are too soon gone from this world. Love Always, Sara
