Juanita was truly a gem of a woman and always looked for the good in everyone. She was a very giving person. She graduated from Oakland Tech High class of 1960. She worked at Wells Fargo Bank in the accounting department at the Oakland main branch. After having her first child, she stayed home to take care of Ken until he started pre-school. She became a yard monitor and eventually worked for the Hayward School District in the food service department. For some reason, we believe she was bored with being home so much. She worked part time for Lucky stores at Southland Mall in Hayward. Juanita was married for 53 years with her high school sweetheart; they were actually together since 1956. Those were the best years of their life together. She was a social butterfly and loved going to lunch with the girls. She enjoyed swimming at The Plunge with the Plungette’s . She enjoyed having phone conversations and most of all she loved to Cruise with her besties. She gave the gift of love to everyone she met and still had enough to give to her family. She was truly an amazing person that could never be replaced.
