J.T. Thompson's Obituary
J.T. Thompson was born in El Dorado Arkansas January 29th, 1941 to the parents of Annie Thompson and Gus T. Thompson.
J.T. moved to California in the early 1960s. Shortly after being in California, he joined McGee Avenue Baptist Church.
Church was his greatest love after his family. For many years he has served in the role of usher at the Church. He also loved sports and movies. His favorite sports figure was Wilie Mays of the San Francisco Giants. His favorite shows on TV was I Love Lucy, Three Stooges, Captain Kangaroo, and The Cowboy Roy Rogers.
J.T. is survived by his brother, Joseph, Neice, Carmen Thompson, Neice Pamela Elliott, Nephew, Kevin Taplin, and many cousins.
He left a mark on this world with his goodness and kindness. He will always live in our hearts and mind.
