Shelby, Erich, Remy and Grayson – our deepest sympathies in the loss of your Mother, Mother-in-Law, Grandmother and more importantly, friend. Aunt Joan was always larger than life, came in a whirlwind. Some of my best memories of her are at the Cottage at Giant's Neck and on her visits to Wethersfield; when she was decked out to the nines and a gold nugget at her neck. It's a comfort to know that she's at peace now and in heaven with the rest of the gals: June, Mary, Helen, and Rita. One thing's for sure, she's in great company and back with Jack! I'm sure there's a little more mischief in Heaven. Love to you and remember, Aunt Joan is always in our hearts and you are always welcome in Connecticut – family's forever!
