Jimmy Williams, Jr's Obituary
Jimmy Williams Jr. was born in Perry County, Alabama, on September 13, 1957
to his parents, the late Jimmie Williams and Minnie Mae Tubbs- Williams.
He confessed Christ at an early age and was a God-fearing man the remainder of
his life.
He attended schools in Bibb County Alabama where he received his education at Bibb County High School.
Shortly, thereafter, he joined the armed forces and was honorably discharged
In 1977. Due to Jimmy’s early experience accompanying his father on the job
driving big rigs, it set a precedence and a passion in the transportation industry
where he devoted 38 years. He was known for being a hard working ethical man
and for taking pride in providing for his family.
Jimmy married his high school sweetheart, Janice Mack, and from that union one son, Jamaal and two daughters, Janel and Jalisa were born. He later married Sybil Ogden, and from this union one daughter, Chloe was born. He also gained and loved three stepsons, Cory, Cameron, and Calop.
Jimmy Williams Jr departed this earth, peacefully, at home with his loving wife and family on March 14, 2016. He now resides with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He leaves to cherish his memory; his beloved mother Minnie Mae Williams of Brent, Alabama, a devoted wife, Sybil Williams of Pittsburg, CA, one son, Jamaal (Kerri) and two daughters, Janel and Jalisa; all of Huntsville, Alabama, one daughter Chloe and three step-sons, Cameron, Calop, and Cory; all of Pittsburg, CA. Four sisters, Annie Jean (Andre) of Brent, Alabama, Bettie Jean of Savannah, Georgia, Mary Joyce of Hopkins, South Carolina, and Stephanie Carol (Ralph) of Brierfield, Alabama. Four brothers, Robert Clayton of Tyler, Texas, Robert Thomas of Mobile, Alabama, Joseph Allen of Brent, Alabama, Al and Terry Bernard (Sherree) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Five and a half grandchildren, Jared and Janise,
Of Huntsville, Al, Braxton and Braxton and Layla, of Harvest, Al, an entire in-law family, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
