Jane Marie was this woman, she was a loving mother and she definitely cared for her daughter and everything that she had to going and she was a great woman/mom. In middle school she treated me just to close the doors I even called her mom she was a wonderful person. that's what I know.

Janemarie Lake was one of the first friendly faces that I met as a transfer student to San Francisco State University. She was such a kind person. We became good friends. We both were transfer students and both had "older" twin sisters at another college. She was generous and offered rides to the airport to those in need of a ride. We had many good chats and good times. Time goes by so quickly. Now 35 years later, I wish we could have stayed connected more. I offer my very deepest sympathy to her family and friends. She was a good person who loved her family, so proud of her daughters and grandchildren, and a great friend. She will surely be missed.
My sister and I grew up with Janemarie and Amybeth. We went to school and played together. Our moms were Camp Fire Girls leaders together. What a wonderful time- great memories of selling Camp Fire Girl Mints and going to Camp Seabow. My condolences to all of Janemarie's family. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
