Mr. James Edmonson's Obituary
Mr. James Edmonson passed peacefully on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at his home in Richmond, California. He was born to Alex Edmonson and Letha Gibson on Monday, February 07, 1927 in Newton, Mississippi. He dedicated his life to working for Judson Steel Corporation for over 40 years and worked 13 years at Next Cycle. For those that know him, they know he was an avid fan of the San Francisco Giants. James and his wife Sammie Edmonson (preceeded in death) have two daughters they are survived by: Wendy Carter and Betty Jackson. Mr. Edmonson is also survived by his sisters Warrene Fuller and JoAnne Venson along with five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in his honor at Chapel of the Chimes in the Chimes Chapel: 4499 Piedmont Avenue Oakland, California 94611, Monday, August 24, 2015 at 1:00 PM. His final resting place will be at Chapel of the Memories, Sunset Garden South D-6.
