Iwao Shigemoto's Obituary
Iwao Shigemoto, 98 years old passed away in Oakland, CA on April 1. 2018. He was born in Brawley, CA on January 5, 1920. He was married to his loving wife, Miyo, since July 25, 1945. He is survived by his children Joanne (Dennis) Makishima, Bob (Lisa) Shigemoto and Grand-Daughter, Katie Shigemoto. The Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Buddhist Church of Oakland, 825 Jackson Street, Oakland, CA 94607.
