She was a devoted and beloved mother whose children were the center of her life. Those who knew Hoa remember her for her quiet strength, her generosity, and the warmth she extended to everyone she welcomed into her home. A funeral service honoring Hoa’s life will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland on April 10, 2026.
