Helen was one of the most loving, gracious, and selfless persons I have ever had the privilege and pleasure of knowing. I feel blessed that God introduced her into my life as one of my former staff at the Oakland Housing Authority. We developed a great friendship and I will always treasure knowing her. My Auntie Helen introduced me to God, as my Aunt and as my Sunday school teacher. When she picked me and my sisters up on Sundays to take us to church, I had no idea at the time since I was a child, that through her love and devotion to the Lord, she paved the way for my eternal salvation. What a gift! She will be missed on earth but what an impact she has made on so many people's lives by her love and christianity. I love you Auntie Helen ??
